Task1
Three photos like the reason

Fig1.1

Description: When I first saw this poster, I was impressed by the illustration, which also expresses the message.

This Poster expressed :

The main body of this painting is green and yellow, which is a good expression of summer, and the composition is made from a top-down angle

Fig1.2

Description:Although the painting does not directly depict ceramics, the shape of the black part shows that it is a ceramic with willow branches inserted in it.

This Poster expressed :

The painting is dominated by black and green, with ceramic shapes to load willows, boats and fishermen. A few simple strokes can be seen that this painting contains a strong Jiangnan style.

Fig1.2

Description:My first impression of this painting was that of the harvest and the happy people.

This Poster expressed : This painting is brightly colored, and the field of vision is from near to far, which is a good visual effect of near and far. The foreground is rich in red and green, and the background is dominated by blue and white.

The words at the top are the largest, allowing for a more at-a-glance look to let the viewer know what it's about and to visually grab the viewer's eye. Immediately below that is a paragraph of small print introducing the content. All around is a collage of large, medium and small objects to flesh out the piece.

This pair is content-based so the content panel takes the lion's share, dominated by yellow and blue.

The professor asked me to re-collage this one, and the format needs to be large and small, and helped me re-collage one.
The final product is as follows:

week1:
feedback:The professor asked us to bring our own tools and magazines to class, recreate the work we had made at home, and instructed us to make further revisions.

REFLECTIONS
This week our teacher asked us to find three great posters from the internet to do an evaluation summary. I can see there is a lot of great work going on to learn from. And we were told to buy magazines and scrapbooking tools to make collages.

LECTURES

week 1:
The module introduces digital visual and imaging manipulation as tool to express student’s vision and creative reinterpretation of the world through digital visual imagery.
In any forms of design fundamentals, what is the most important elements is the composition. Composition is the term used to describe the arrangement of the visual elements.
The professor taught us how to go about collage and had us watch a video

week 2:
Introduction to basic composition:
1.FOCAL POINT
2.SCALE and HIERARCHY
3.BALANCE THE ELEMENTS
4.WHITE SPACE

Rule of Thirds
The Rule of Thirds is the process of dividing an image into thirds, using two horizontal and two vertical lines. This imaginary grid yields nine parts with four intersection points.

Golden Ratio

The Golden Ratio is a mathematical ratio. It is commonly found in nature, and when used in a design, it fosters organic and natural-looking compositions that are aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
