face to cace:
The teacher taught us how to use the basic operations of Ai in class, and assigned homework for us to make.Let's use these graphice to make a monster.

I made this little monster by myself, using the graphics given by my teacher, but I'm still not very good at using them.
Here's the gargoyle with shadows, I've looked up a lot of information and asked other people to add the shadows, because I'm not skilled enough to use them.

week 1
The teacher introduced us to 100 camera angles, lenses, and actions in the movie.
The professor categorizes them into three main groups: camera angles, lenses, and movements. Each camera angle has a different expression and meaning. For example, a top-down viewpoint gives the audience a God's perspective, while a top-up viewpoint shows the authority and tall bravery of the characters. These photographic techniques give the viewer a more immersive viewing experience and give them a different experience. They also produce different emotional responses in different situations and tell different stories.
A high angle at which the camera looks upwards.
God's eye perspective from the perspective of the star cluster.
Mask a circle to specifically re-create the sniper's perspective when shooting.
week2
12 visual hierarchy principles every non-designer needs to know.
Visual hierarchy is a method of organizing design elements in order of importance. In other words, it’s a set of principles that influence the order in which we notice what we see.
This lecture describes the visual hierarchy and introduces the 12 principles of visual hierarchy. These principles include the visual impact of size, the hierarchy created by perspective, the appeal of color contrast to the viewer, the layout of type, the emphasis of space, the reflection of distance relationships, the prominence of negative space, the guiding effect of alignment, colour in contrast, the emphasis of odd numbered groups, the unity of repetition, the suggestion of line movement, and the organization and design of grids. These principles can be more effective in capturing and engaging the viewer's eye.
By utilizing perspective, designers can create an illusion of depth ranging from a few inches to several miles. Because we see similar illusions in the real world, we generally perceive larger objects as being closer than similar smaller objects and, therefore, they usually command attention before any other object on a page.
Typeface hierarchies can be created with text of various sizes, weights and spacing—or a combination of each element. Even if a single font is used throughout a design, varying its size and weight not only draws attention to more important elements, but creates an overall composition that is easy to read and understand.
week 3
The 16 types of camera shots and angles.
This article discusses 16 different types of camera lenses and angles, emphasizing the importance of mastering camera movement and shooting angles in storyboard creation. Each lens and movement technique can significantly impact the audience's emotional response. The author points out that by using appropriate lenses and movement techniques, one can effectively convey the emotional depth of the story and the relationships between characters, thereby enhancing the narrative strength of the film and the audience's sense of immersion.
A thorough understanding of different camera shots and movement styles is fundamental to enhancing storyboarding skills.
The choice of camera movement can have a significant impact on the audience's emotional response and immersion.
Common camera movements include zooming, panning, tilting, sliding, and hanging mirrors.
Each type of shot (e.g., full body shots, center shots, close-ups, etc.) has a unique narrative effect.
Setting shots establish the mood of a scene and set the context for the story.
The use of close-up shots can effectively convey a character's emotional state and increase the audience's sense of empathy.
Angle shots, such as high and low angle shots, can change the power dynamics of characters in a scene and the emotional experience of the audience.

This week I initially learned how to use Ai software, which I was not familiar with at first, but after watching the videos given by the teacher and practicing over and over again, I gradually became familiar with how to make it. This little monster was also confusing at first, I didn't know how to design it, but I made a collage of several shapes to make this little monster.
