Reflection

Learned how to make a video this week. This was a completely new process for us, we downloaded the AE software and the teacher gave us a very detailed video and we were able to create a 15 second video in no time.

What is After Effects?
Adobe After Effects is a 2.5Danimation software used foranimation,visual effects,and motionpicture compositing.After Effects is used in film,TV,andweb video creation.This software is used in thepost-production phase,and hashundreds of effects that can be usedto manipulate imagery.This allowsyou to combine layers of video andimages into the same scene.

Compositing Layers inPhotoshopBasically Photoshop is a platform tocompositing the layers.All the layers need to be arrange andrename accordingly so that it will beorganize and easy to be animated inAfter Effects.

Compositing Layers inAfter EffectsAdobe After Effects is a digital visualeffects,motion graphics,andcompositing application.Basically we can import elements suchas images,video,vector and more intoAfter Effects.All the layer elements need to beorganized and synchronized to theexternal software platforms such asPhotoshop Illustrator.After Effects files does not embed itsmedia.
